What PowwerBets is

PowwerBets shows prices from prediction markets (Kalshi and Polymarket) side by side, along with scores, injuries, lineups and news. It is an information service. It is not a broker, exchange, sportsbook or trading platform, it does not place trades or take wagers, and it does not hold your money.

Not advice

Everything on PowwerBets is for information only. Nothing is financial, investment, legal, tax or betting advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell or bet on anything. A price gap between two markets is not a profit: gaps can close in seconds, fees, spreads, limited liquidity and differing contract rules apply, and the two markets may not settle the same way.

Prices and other data come from third parties and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We don't guarantee accuracy, timeliness or availability. You are responsible for your own decisions and for checking the price and contract terms on the market itself before you trade.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to use prediction markets or betting services where you live, to use PowwerBets. Those services are restricted or unlawful in some places. Whether you may use them is your responsibility, not ours. If gambling is a problem for you, call 1-800-GAMBLER.

Your account

You sign in with an email link. Keep your email account secure, because anyone who can open the link can use your PowwerBets account. You're responsible for activity on your account. Don't share it or let others use your Pro access.

Pro subscription and billing

Pro costs $15 per month, or the price shown at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, at /privacy.

Pro renews automatically each month until you cancel, and we charge your payment method at the start of each period. You can cancel at any time from your account page under "Manage billing". Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Payments are non-refundable, including for a partial month, except where the law requires otherwise. If you were charged by mistake, contact us and we'll look into it.

We may change the price or the features included in Pro. For a price change we'll tell you in advance, and it applies from your next renewal. If you don't want it, cancel before then.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, copy, resell or redistribute PowwerBets data or pages, or build a competing product from them. Don't use bots or automated requests beyond normal use of the site. Don't try to break, overload or get around the site's limits or paywall, and don't use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or end access for anyone who does.

Third-party services

PowwerBets links to and shows data from Kalshi, Polymarket, ESPN and other services. We aren't affiliated with them or endorsed by them, their names belong to their owners, and your use of them is under their own terms.

Our content

The PowwerBets site, design, logo and the way we compile data are ours or our licensors'. You may use the site for your own personal use. Third-party data and trademarks belong to their owners.

No warranty

PowwerBets is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted service. We may change, pause or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, PowwerBets and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any trading, betting or investment losses or lost profits, arising from your use of the site or from reliance on its data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose, or $50 if you paid nothing. Some places don't allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law permits.

Ending these terms

You can stop using PowwerBets at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as the disclaimers, limit of liability and governing law, do.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use PowwerBets after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
